1. Return Eligibility

  • Because our products are custom-made, returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or misprinted items.

  • We do not accept returns for wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

2. Reporting an Issue

  • Contact us at inkandimaginationdesign@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

3. Refunds

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take [5–10 business days] to appear depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace defective or damaged items.

  • Exchanges must be requested within the same reporting window as above.
