Because our products are custom-made, returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or misprinted items.

We do not accept returns for wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
2. Reporting an Issue

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refunds may take [5–10 business days] to appear depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items.
